Carousel, Frisbee, Mini Swinger & Toy Train

Happy Valley Park in Rautara, West Bengal commissioned Amuse Engineering Ride for a comprehensive four-ride installation designed to establish a well-rounded family entertainment zone. The project delivered a Carousel, Frisbee, Mini Swinger, and Toy Train — spanning family, thrill, kiddie, and transit categories, offering something for every age group and creating high overall park throughput.

The Carousel serves as the family centrepiece with 24 seats, an ornate hand-painted canopy, and a 6 RPM rotation. The Frisbee delivers the thrill component — a 20-seat pendulum ride swinging to 8.5 metres with 10 RPM rotation and a 300-guests-per-hour throughput. The Mini Swinger provides an 8-child kiddie attraction ideal for the park’s youngest visitors, while the electric Toy Train, with 1 locomotive and 3 passenger carriages, transports 24 guests around a 260-metre track — creating a scenic experience that also links different zones of the park.

All four rides were delivered on a full turnkey basis — covering engineering design, in-house fabrication at our Valsad plant, transportation to site, on-site installation, commissioning, load testing, and operator training. The mix of rides was carefully coordinated to maximise the park’s guest experience across all age groups.
