A 4-Ride Park Expansion Featuring a Helix Water Shoot Coaster
Following the successful 2024 Swing Ship installation, Light House Water Park & Resort in Nagpur, Maharashtra returned to Amuse Engineering Ride for a major 4-ride park expansion. The scope covered a Water Shoot Coaster, Frisbee, Carousel, and Zero Gravity — spanning coaster, thrill, and family categories to significantly extend the park’s guest offering beyond its water attractions.
The centrepiece of this installation is a signature 15-metre Water Shoot Coaster — AER’s most ambitious coaster build to date, distinguished by its 290-metre track and a Helix Element before the final drop. Riders traverse a horizontal spiralling helix section that builds anticipation and adds a spinning-descent effect before plunging into the splash pool at speeds of up to 40 km/h. This is the first Water Shoot Coaster manufactured by AER to feature a helix element, marking an evolution of our coaster engineering capability.
Complementing the coaster, the 20-seat Frisbee delivers pendulum thrill, the 24-seat Carousel with ornate blue-and-gold canopy adds family appeal, and the 19-seat Zero Gravity provides a signature spin experience. All four rides were delivered on a full turnkey basis — engineering, in-house fabrication at Valsad, transportation, on-site installation, drive-system commissioning, load testing, and complete operator training.
🌀 Helix Element Water Shoot Coaster — Unlike AER’s previous Water Shoot Coasters (which feature a standard hill-and-drop layout), the Light House installation incorporates a Helix Element before the drop. This adds a spiralling horizontal section that extends the ride and creates a distinct rotational sensation before the plunge — resulting in a longer, more thrilling ride experience.
