Wave Ride & Drop Tower
Sharif Housing Dream Park in Bangladesh commissioned Amuse Engineering Ride to supply and commission two flagship thrill rides — a Wave Ride and a Drop Tower — as part of the park’s expansion programme. The scope covered complete ride manufacturing at our Valsad plant, international logistics coordination, on-site installation supervision, and full commissioning of both attractions.
The Wave Ride is a 16-seat high-throughput thrill attraction with a ride height of 12 metres and adjustable rotation speed between 6 and 10 RPM, powered by a 32.2 kW electric drive system. With a 180-second ride cycle, it delivers a theoretical hourly capacity of approximately 240 guests, making it well suited to peak-hour park operation.
The Drop Tower — a 24-seat free-fall ride with a 9-metre drop height — is driven by a combined electric and hydraulic system rated at 22 kW. Its circular seating configuration and 180-second cycle deliver a theoretical hourly capacity of approximately 360 guests, offering the park a signature high-capacity thrill attraction with maximum visual presence. Both rides were delivered on a supply and commissioning basis, with AER’s team supporting installation and hand-over at site.
